For the late period, up to half the LHI may be upgraded to LEHI for 8 points each. Should that line also include an option to upgrade foot generals from LHI to LEHI @ 6?

Really, LIR legionaires deserve the speed boost so they can run down skirmishers like medium camels, loose foot, and light infantry. Smile

You have to buy the Cham ally to get the light cavalry, I was trying to see how many scouting point I could get in the list. 30 isn't much but it is quite a bit for an elephant list.
