Hi Folks,

Just some good news; the brand new Elite series booklet "jives" very
well with IW # 27 Sassanid Persian. Nice to know we get things right
sometimes around here (o: The book sheds some additional new light
coming from the former Soviet archives and other translations, from
the
northern areas of the empire which were not as devastated by the
Muslim
Arab conquests. The book is a very cursory but informative issue from
Osprey, I would recommend reading it if you are interested in the
period. Thanks.
