That's nowhere near enough foot archers. They are the reason to play this list,
so take all you can get. When I ran this list at Historicon, I had 3 8 stand
units of LTS,B guys, 1 6 stand unit of the same, 2 8 stand units of MI B,Sh/B
and 2 4 stand units of LMI B,Sh/B. Derek, I believe, managed to squeeze a few
more archers out of the list than I did.

Where are the firelance guys? They are another big reason to play this list.
It's one of the very few lists on which you can get HI LTS with firelance,
which is really a fierce foot shock troop.

I'd probably take less of the Irr A guys. In practice games, I found that if I
took a lot of them, I tended to rely on them, and they tended to get exhausted,
which tended to cause waver tests... which an army of Irr Ds don't like.

Definitely take less cav. This army will win with its foot. And the cav you do
take should probably be upgraded to EHC in the front rank. Your cav isn't
really going to be out in the open skirmishing. It is going to be lurking
behind the LTS,B guys look for opportunity. So it doesn't need to be able to
skirmish, but it does need to be able to hit as hard as possible when the time
comes.
