I came across the following the other day during a game:
From 5.13: [One cause of unease is] an unbroken enemy body visible
behind flank within 240 paces
From 6.14: A body may attempt to counter if at least one of the
following is true:
A cause of unease (5.13) exists within 240 paces [see above]
etc.
An unbroken enemy body is visible behind its flank, within
240 paces, and not in hand to hand combat.
It would seem this particular excuse to counter is redundant AND more
restrictive than the first counter excuse.
I should also add my thanks to the 4 Horsemen for renewing my
interest in ancients miniatures once again. I can't wait for the
publication of the rules set.

Charles,
The issue of 5.13 and 6.14 and counter conditions is a good one. I THINK
we'll resolve it by simply leaving 6.14 at cause of unease and removing the
'in hand-to-hand' stipulation, but have to work on it. Good issue in any
case - needs resolution.
