The Turnpike Region is organizing an impromptu tourniment.
I am extending an invitation to all who are interested in the drive.
Please RSVP me so I can make a table estimate.

Sunday August 14th at 10am the Rouges Den 2710 Philadelphia Pike Claymont
Delaware Phone: 302-798-1390
http://www.roguesden.com/

Tourniment Rules
15mm 1600 points 3 3.5 hour rounds

If "good" terrain is used, + 5 scouting points or 1 free force march per
piece
played.
SHC -2 points each figure.
Any nonNICT Qualified players playing against NICT Qualified players receive
200 points.

Warrior troops are defined in elements; did you mean per element?

Do you mean cheaper AP to purchase or a loss of victory points?

I meant per figure, -8 per element.

The 200 points means that before the game starts, a non NICT Qualified
player starts with 200 victory points. This is an attempt to handicap the
tournament and allow NICT players to play, but not dominate the tournament.

FYI, Deleware and tourniment are deliberatly misspelled, so my outlook
filters would automaticly seperate those messages from the reply.
