Well, then you need to alter the Clinic document on obstacles and temporary
field fortifications, because the text implies that Stakes are treated
similarily to Ditch. In the Temporary Fortifications that are Obstacles
section, Ditch, Chains, Abatis/plashing, Tethered animals AND Stakes are
listed.

Then there is the statement that "In addition to the above, mounted troops
cannot cross TF that are obstacles ". As Stakes are listed as Temporary
Fortifications that are Obstacles, that lead to my reading that Mounted
cannot cross Stakes.

Also, you made the statement in an earlier mail response that no list
permits Ditch in the forward zone. This is incorrect. 100 Yrs War English
permits two ditch segments in the forward zone, as do Low Countries, Later
Crusader, Syrian, Later Ottoman Turk, Wallachian/Moldavian, and perhaps
others as I do not have all the list books. There are also "wooden
barricades" on the Medieval Scandinavian list which I don't know how they
really fit in (like stone walls? or not?)

Yes, I did confuse myself about length of TFFs...they are in fact 360p in
25mm (240p in 15mm), corresponding to the 6 elements width you mentioned.

That would be a mistake then and I will fix it.
