Frank am I reading this right? You are using 2E legionare units?
hand't thought of that. Don't you fear shooting halts/wavers?

1 6E unit of LI can halt and disorder (depending upon the up roll)
any one of these little units. 12@1 up 1 give it 3 CPF.

If I am following the tactics here, you will run these little units
with 1E between (maybe even in maniples) and wait for something to
hit them, then sweep in with the SHC, HC and MC? Your LC screen
looks good (IMO) as 2E LC units are the preferable regular LC method
of employment.

I'm really asking more than critiquing here, as I have been trying to
skin this list from time to time without liking what I produce.

Don't forget that the Legionaries can use Testudo to get a -2
against enemy shooting as necessary, and that I have little 4 man LI
units with bow to soak off shooting.

I imagine trying to run a staggered line of the legionaries, so that
some get into the enemy first, with the little LI units in gaps, and
then I get some charge throughs or secondary hits from the remaining
Legions.

If I face any elephants I'm screwed Wink...just have to try to
dominate the skirmish line.

***I would go into Testudo if faced with a lot of bow units which
would result in 12 @ -1 or 1 CPF (assuming an even roll).
