Warrior Ancient and Medieval Rules

Scott, Jon,
This concerns the Regular Longbowmen in the Anglo Irish list
They are listed as LMI, LB, but are upgradable to HI, and LHI, LB.

Is there a typo, and they can be MI, LMI, LB, or they can only be close
order when upgraded to HI?
