In the rules regarding expendable, section 16, it mentions that Flaming Camel carts, are part of another unit until ignited.  I have 3 questions not covered.
1) Do you have to notify your opponent before ignition?
2) Do camel carts disorder their own cavalry before or after ignition? (note, if they do, then they would in effect notify their opponent of their presence
3) Is the "parent" unit limited to 80 paces/2 march segments of the cart.
(note, if they are, then they would in effect notify their opponent of their presence

The fact of an incendiary being inside a unit is not revealed until ignition.
Have it written down somewhere.

<<2) Do camel carts disorder their own cavalry before or after ignition?>>

Yes. That would make using these inside cav units kind of....

<<3) Is the "parent" unit limited to 80 paces/2 march segments of the cart.>>

Yes.

1 more thing....

Loose order foot has Flaming Camel cart, is charged by cavalry, and shakes on declaration.  Is the Camel cart shaken when it counter charges?   My thought is no, as it is a separate unit, and not subject to the waver.

I have a question regarding wrap arounds? Do you allow a unit to hit another both frontally and to the flank at the same time?
Thank You.

Incendiary expendables are not units at all, separate or otherwise. They
therefore have no troop state.
