Hi Jon,

Basic Premiss:

1 ) 2.52 Units: a unit is a body of 2 to 12 elements.

2) 14.44 Baggage Camps:...."count against every command's demoralization
limit if destroyed or broken."

3) 18.44 Baggage Camps (FW ): "as in 14.44. Camps are only one element."

4) One element of baggage is not a unit per 2.52 Units:

5) 18.5 Victor: (FW) game ends when one side has 4 units
shaken/broken/destroyed/off table or time has been called.

Questions:

1) It is unclear if loss of baggage counts toward the 4 unit loss.
Baggage is not a unit per 2.52, but 14.44 counts baggage toward the
demoralization limit. 14.44 also assumes a 4 element baggage unit.

I read FW as not counting baggage toward the 4 unit loss limit. Is this
correct?
