Anybody up for some gaming in central CT on Saturday. I have lots of space and
some open time.

Jake:

I just saw this message. Yes, I might be up for a game or two on
Saturday. I'm at work now, but I'll run it past my better half when I
get home tonight - I don't know if I can negotiate for a full day of
gaming at short notice though. I've got my Swiss pikemen completed,
along with the handgunners and half the crossbowmen (I might get them
finished before Saturday). I have 3 elements of knights, one of heavy
cavalry and some artillery elements in my list that aren't done yet,
but I might have a army to put on the table if I can borrow a few
stands from you.

My brother has read through the rules and tells me he wants to give
them a try. I can get in touch with him and see if he's available on
Saturday. He says that even if there's not a playing spot available
that he would be happy to watch, just to get a handle on how the game
is played mechanically.

Peter,

Your brother might beforehand find it useful to look through the
sample demo battle in the new player files.

Regards,

Mike
