Limbering and Unlmbering - deleted concepts?

I never understood this when mentioned in TOG; the old lists still
mention it (cf 176 Hussites).

Am I correct in thinking that Warrior does not use that terminology,
and the closest related concept is in the Transport rules -- you may
use a separate base depicting Integral Transport prime mover figures
as a convenient, aesthetic, mnemonic marker to show that an Artillery
element is not eligible to shoot because it just moved (8.84) ?
