Ok Jon,

I found the line after the examples of charge responces p45 where it
states that contact while charging evaders does not count as a converted
charge and use all normal charge responces.

I think this point should be made in 6.163 Declaring Charges, 6.162
Charge Reach, or 6.166 Charge Responce. These are the places one goes to
to see if a charge is legal and what action to take.

In the below example, in reading the rules:

1. The LMI is not in Charge Reach 6.162 as there is an intervening body,
the LI.

2. As such, the HC can not Declare a Charge 6.163 on the LMI as the HC
is not currently in reach of the LMI.

3. As the HC is only 1 stand wide, the LI and the LMI could not both be
declared on as a Multiple Target p38.

4. The HC can contact the LMI as the LMI is in the HC's Charge Path
p38.

5. Charge Responces 6.166 talks of bodies that are required to test by a
charge but does not clarrify who does take a test.

My point is when one is reading the rules for 6.163 Declaring Charges,
6.162 Charge Reach, or 6.166 Charge Responce, if there is no valid charge
declared on a unit, one could reasonably assume that there is no test for
being charged.

I recomend that Charges Against Evaders p45 be given a case number and be
referanced in 6.163 Declaring Charges and the point made that any that
are to be contacted in a charge may have to test and all get normal
charge responce. As it stands, the main rule is not bulleted and gets
lost in the verbage. Anything this important should be referenced in the
main case numbers.
