Just a question, not intended to spark up anything. What is the last date
possible to qualify for NICT in current system?

I think Scott needs to answer this one, but it is probably very near
to the actual date of Historicon. Traditionally we have allowed very
late qualification including, at one time, qualification from the
previous day's event.

I think Scott will want a bit of lead time, but I'm pretty sure that
there is still time remaining.

Fairly late:)SmileSmile There's not set time on this, it has more to do with whether
or not the person qualifying "late" can make Hcon in the same year. My general
cutoff is early June. If you qualify after 1 June for example, and can't make
Hcon that year, I'll roll you over for the following year. If you can make it,
great.

See other email. I'm fairly loose on this. It's really the player in question
and scheduling that I try to be flexible with. Again, 1 June is the general
cutoff but anyone qualifying afterwards and wanting to play that year can as
long as it's not too late.
