If you print the form out on heavy cardstock, it can be folded into a
"tent" so that both players can see their own orders at all times.
Might help focus their attention on the issue.

Under 14.3, yes you do.

paper he wrote his terrain choices on.>>

There was a lot of trouble 'back in the day'. Let's leave it there.

>Good idea but how does the "tent" really "hide" the orders from the other guy?
I mean yeah, it would be kinda cheesy to bend over the table and peek but
something could inadvertently occur.

>I'm gonna try it with the card placed faced down. I think that card out there
should be focus enough. Plus, players don't "forget" their orders, they simply
forget how they are implemented vis a vis how many units moved, are within X of
the enemy, etc.

What about terrain choices? Does Warrior still do it the way 7th did? I recall
back then someone doing a bit of "creative writing" after he saw some of his
opponent's choices.

>In it's most basic way, yes. However, certain things have been limited (like
roads) and other things enlarged (open spaces are now a bit larger).

>I see all kinds of varied terrain in all the games I play.

I was asking if you record your terrain choices before you see your opponent's.

>Ah, that is correct. Both sides should record their terrain choices in
writing.
