Hi,

have been enjoying oriental warrior (got beaten black and blue by
japanese the other night)but had a couple of questions. In timurid
the militia archers are given stakes at two points per element. As
irregulars shouldn't this be 5 points? In the mountain indian list
the LC are allowed to be elephant proof but in the early Indian list
these guys aren't given the option. Is this a problem or are they
actually different troops? I used to use indian quite a bit and i'm
looking forward to doing so agian. The new list is a big improvement
in playability over the old one (with or without elephant proof LC)

Thanks

Martin

>Correct. OW erata >bangs head against wall< will be up shortly to include this
and cleaning up the Burmese as they appear in the Khmer list.

>This (#7, Early Indian) is one of the few lists where El-proofing is built in
to the point cost (as opposed to an option for most others). That was a
concious decision on our part. Look at the point values and then read the
notes. To quote: "Indian mounted, including Fighting Tr, are elephant-proof"

Thanks Scott,

By the way, it's not just the Khmer list where there are problems with them
as allies. . .
