Warrior Ancient and Medieval Rules

I beleve PTR cavalry should be half upgraded to B class
1) Cav was the best arm at this time.
2) The infantry can be upgraded to half b class.
3) The large influx of Huns at this time which is half responsible for
the lance/ bow option is also responsible for increased quality at
this in this arm at this time.

What is PTR?
