Warrior Ancient and Medieval Rules

Hi,

From my reading of the rules and previous posts I was also under the
impression that flaming arrows and other such incendiary missiles
retained their basic weapon factors/characteristics except for the
ability to start fires and disorder mounted.
That is to say, that an "Incendiary weapon" class weapon and
an "incendiary missile" were quite different items.

I would have thought, for instance, that a) Naptha bombs and fire
syphons would have ignored shields in the same way as artillery and
handguns, while b) improvised missiles such as flaming arrows would
have treated targets shielded status as normal.

As someone has said, to a man on the ground it's the point of the
arrow that's going to hurt, a bit of flaming rag on the end isn't
going to make a lot difference.
Perhaps such a distinction between "Incendiary Weapons"
and "Incendiary Missiles" will go a long way towards resolving any
concerns about their "inappropriate" use in competition games.

While on the subject of missiles, something I've noticed, that may be
being fixed in the revised rules. What is the range for Elephant,
Chariot and (possibly) Camel mounted LB and CB? They aren't "Mounted
Bow", nor "Cavalry LB and CB", so don't appear to have a range
specified in the table.

The words should be mounted B, LB, CB - all 80p/160p. Will fix.
