Well, it looks like the answer is to find some intrepid soul who is
able to handle both the organizational and umpiring duties who can
coordinate at this late moment.

With several weeks still to go before Origins, it is not an impossible
task. There is lots of space available, so it should still be
possible.

I have widened this to include the WarriorRules list. Seems more
likely to find a volunteer there than on the NASAMWlist.

For those new readers, I had replied to John's question about a
Warrior tourney at Origins by saying that the venue has lots of space
and that he should probably contact Pete Panzeri or Rich Hartley about
running a Warrior tournament as a warm up to Historicon.

John replied that he wasn't yet ready to umpire, but would go and
perhaps even drive if a tourney developed (contingent on CinC-Home
approval).

So, the wider distribution is entirely aimed at finding volunteers and
drumming up possible support.
