I have just posted the draft revised rules sections 12.0 and 14.0. I
have done this to permit playtesting and feedback comments from the
users of this group. Please send any comments on this document to
this group using Warrior 12/14 as a subject line.
I will take any comments, but I am more interested in those stemming
from played games than theoretical situations. I will read every
comment, but may not have time to respond to all of them.

The revised 12.0 includes all terrain rules in one place under
battlefield conditions. The revised 14.0 loses all terrain rules
except how to select and place terrain features in competitions,
gains the clarifications, a competition sequence, a revised method
for adjusting lists for TFs and special equipment and suggested
formats for all five warrior-supported scales.

These rules will be in effect at Border Wars 04 in Kansas City on Oct
2.
