Well, what I get out of this is that sometimes you need more than a
"charge" chit tossed on the table...

What's the best way to specify HOW FAR you are going to wheel? I
would guess that writing down (or drawing) "wheel until my leftmost
two elements will contact the targets' left most elements" or
something like that?

If there is a countercharge, may you alter your wheel from what was written?
