Rule 9.22 (Page 82) states that foot armed with SA, LTS, HTW, & 2HCW (along with Mtd SA) are eligible to use JLS in HtH. Does this mean that troops armed with 1HCW and JLS cannot use the JLS in HtH or would it possibly be an inadvertant omission (since 1HCW was a later addition to the rule set)?

If such troops can use the JLS in HtH, do they get the bonus in subsequent rounds or not (like LTS, 2HCW, 2HCT, HTW). {see rule 9.3}

1HCW should be in the list of weapons that can also use JLS in 9.22.

1HCW should be in the list of weapons that cannot normally also get the JLS plus in subsequent bounds (like LTS, etc.) in 9.3.
