Various Holy Warrior lists (Arab Empire, Ayubbid Egyptian to name two) get a smattering of Dailami, RB LHI LTS or Jls, B, Sh. A special list rule grants these troops the ability to use Incindiary Jls. Does this apply for LTS and Jls Armed Dailami or just Jls armed Dailami?

If they have JLS, regardless of what other stuff they're carrying, they can be incendiaried.
