I am pretty sure we've made an error somewhere in the way I/we answered these two sets of questions in the past week or so. Scott and I are going over these two subjects in detail and will provide a clean, comprehensive answer for both subject areas (and any errata if necessary) as soon as we have made sure we have looked at all the angles and issues.
