Spanish List 39 in Classical Warrior

In the Tartessian sublist, the Carthaginian AG may become the CINC, to represent a Carthaginian army in Spain. The text indicates "...and minimum /maximums for Carthaginian troops are doubled." Reading very carefully, there are two types of Carthaginian troops in this sublist: Carthaginian-led troops (one example Numidians) or those described as Carthaginan troops. Not trying to be difficult, but those are two different types of troops, and two different type of descriptions, whether hisotically or by parsing the English.

Are the minmimum/maximums doubled for both types? My belief is yes, but please confirm.

Yes. The min/max for Carthaginian-led troops are doubled if a Carthaginian AG is upgraded to CinC.
