Warrior Ancient and Medieval Rules

Does anyone know when or if there will be a Warrior event at Pointcon. Matt mentioned April 12. Is this correct? Any idea of times or specifics.

Hi Ed -

- (i) yes, there are revised lists. But only available to those actually showing up to play, or who know the secret handshake.

(ii) Yes, there will be a PointCon event. Bill and Jake are taking the point - sorry - on this, and I'll get details up as soon as I know them; but I believe that April 12 is correct, and that's confirmed by pointcon.org. It'll be 15mm, probably a straight 1200-point mini tournament... but details to come.

There will be an open Warrior tournament at the Pointcon wargaming
convention, which will be held in Thayer Hall at West Point, New York, on
Saturday, April 12.

Format will be 1200 pts in 15mm on a 4' x 3' table. All army lists from
official Warrior army books allowed. Games will be 2.5 hours long,
starting at 9:00, 12:30 and 4:00. Bring your own terrain.

Warrior rules with all official clarifications to date will be in effect.
In addition, the Barbarian Infantry Rules and, as an X-rule, Reg B troops
will be treated as eager (requiring at least two causes of unease to be
uneasy).

Thanks to Bill, and to Jacob for organising: it leaves to me only the pleasant task of noting that PointCon will once again offer glorious prizes .

I have faint hopes of making the event, but not very high - unless other families are interested in a touristy day, maybe??
