Warrior Ancient and Medieval Rules

Scott,

Question concerning the open at Historicon. If i play an army from new Dark Ages lists, will various special rules apply? What about chariot rules if I play a biblical army?

All will apply. If it's in the army list book, it applies.

Does the close order tactical move of 120 pp rule also apply in the open?
I expect that rule to eat my lunch in the NICT and may want to play a different army in the Open if that's the case.
