Do BYZ rules and Norman Cav rules from DAW apply to HW/NIK BYZ list ??
Nik Byz Kontaratoi may have LI detachments ?? Any weapon ??

I ask as Akontistai have jav and Sfendonitai have sling. Are bow armed OK or not ?? (sorry, but, way too much exposure to Barker I guess)

Unlimited unit and detachment numbers ?? Yes ??

No. When Bill and I start on HW later this year, we'll reexamine that.

That needs errata. There should be an LI option there with appropriate costing. As for "any weapon", there are three listed and as long as you keep the ratios appropriate for what's stated on that line item, then you can have what's listed as a detachment.

Unlimited detachments, etc. This is plainly stated in the Lists errata page on the main web site.

Apologies for re-visiting the detachment question. I was thinking along the lines of more than one det per parent ?? but, I see in the rules that it is one only (unless more are noted in the list's narrative).
Cheers,
