I was looking at the later Carteginian list - andf in the second punic war period it is not clear to mewhetehr there are any peltasts.
As read the list there are mercenaries - lmi jls sh who could be, but are not specifically referenced as such.
I know I have played people who use peltasts in that period (Hannibal on elephant).
Should I be reading the mercenaries to include peltasts?
