I was over Matt's and look at the Carthaginian list. I was surprised to see that they can get 8 elephants. The African Infantry that you have to get is maybe a problem. I think I would like them. But I have to start really make up a list and think about it.

I would recomend Champa. They can have up to 4E of elephants with artillery on their backs and if you ally with Khmer your army can be almost completely elephant mounted. You need only buy some lights and a couple elements of required javelin foot.
