North of the Dardanelles:

Aeneas had his charioteer rein in the team as he crested the rise. There blanketing the far slopes was the camp of the Celts. His eyes scanned for any activity in the camp. Soon his concentration was broken by movement on his left, suddenly around some foliage Light troops came into sight.
“Scouts!” He shouted to Teucer in the adjacent Chariot annoyed.
“I told Hector to wait after our return to Troy. But he wanted to meet this army north of the straits instead of waiting for them to come to us.”
As he finished, Hector’s chariot sped up from the coast.
“Are you still angry, my cousin? Hector shouted smiling.
“Not angry, just confused.
“Why the haste? Why the rush to meet this host that we know so little about? We just recently learned their name: Kelts.”
“Reports from the Thracian chiefs is ominous.” Continued Aeneas.
“Why wait? We stopped the Egyptians. We can stop these barbarians. Here north of our country. Why give them a chance to pillage our lands?”
“The Thracians also said that these barbarians are lead by a charismatic woman leader, who carries a white spear that some say is a gift of the gods.”
“Whose gods?” Replies Hector laughing.
“Lord Aeneas, there is movement in the enemy camp.” Teucer exclaimed excitedly.
Hector and Aeneas swing their gaze across the plain as warbands start to form and chariots as seen racing around.
Abruptly, Polydorus’s chariot charges alongside their chariots.
“A beautiful day! My friends! Still grossing, Aeneas! Hector, you are right. Drive these uninvited rabble across this peninsula and into the sea.”
Aeneas lowers and shakes his head.
“Remember! Go after their chariots and destroy them. I will command the bulk of the army and drive them back.” Commands Hector.
Aeneas motions to Teucer and dashes to the left and Polydorus, laughing and waving his spear, speeds off to the right.

On the edge of the Keltic camp, a lone chariot sits quietly. A tall woman dressed in white, grasping a striking white spear, stares across the fields. She raises the spear and motions to chieftains of the various warbands.
“Boudica! Should we move toward the woods on the right and left? “ Shouts Caedmon.
“Send the Serdi into the wood on the right and the Boii the left wood. The rest of the warbands will meet these impatient … Who are these fools?”
“Trojans… They are called Trojans. The Thracian chiefs called them. They are rich, if not foolish.”
Soon masses of warriors form and move down out of camp toward the field.
Her attention is broken by a tug on her dress. She looks down and sees a beautiful spritedly fair haired girl of 7 years looking up at her.
“Mother can I stay with you today?”
Boudica gives a concerned stare. Turns her view to the spear.
“Yes, Maeve.” She replies slowly and moves the spear so Maeve and touch it.
“One day, you will wield the white spear and destroy the enemies of our race.”

The Trojan line formed up LI Jls moved into the Trojan right wood followed by a unit of LI Bow. Polydorus sprinted behind them hoping to intercept the Celtic LCh swinging around the wood.
MI Trojan Spear marched up on the shoulder of the right wood with a unit of Western Warrriors on their left with another unit of Spear, followed by another group of Western Warriors. The pattern continued to the low hill, center left of the Trojan line. Two units of LI bow moved over the hill with the Pylians moving into the wood on the Trojan left.
Aeneas followed suite and swung left around the wood.
The one Celtic Cav moved over the low hill supporting the Serdi. The other Cav unit maneuvered to the Trojan right supporting the Boii in the wood and the center celtic warbands.
The Trojans came on and soon Hector motioned the Spear to expand out and soon the center was a wall of spear.
Tros, Hector’s aid, shouts from the next chariot.
“That was not in the plan, Lord Hector. Were not the Western Warriors to strike first and have the spear follow up?”
“Yes, Tros. But let our spear impale these barbarians and drive them from this land.” Similes Hector.
Soon the opposing Jlsmen in the Trojan right wood are locked in combat and the Pylians are advancing into the Trojan left wood and pushing back the Celtic LI.
Suddenly the Bastarnae(bravest of the brave), warband on the celtic right shoulder of the low hill, eager to be the first to crush the enemy charged forward and met the Trojan spear. The Trojans held and many celts littered the field before the bloodied spear and soon recoiled.
Boudica ,viewing the rash charge, shouted her displeasure and moved her chariot down toward the center to gain more control of her hot-headed warbands.

On the right Polydorus, swinging his spear, shouting gleefully and encouraging his charioteers onward, was soon mixing with the celtic chariots on the far right of the wood. Immediately, the turf was flying as wheels cut right and left. Arrows and Jls fly amid the swirling dirt and dust.

On the left, Aeneas, unfortunately, also met his counterpart but the gods were not with him or maybe he was not so eager. Immediately, the Trojan’s charioteers fell from their vehicles targeted by the celtic jlsmen and their heroes fled back.

The Trojan Spear promptly pushed back the celtic lights and exposed the warbands.
Boudica presently moved behind the zealous warbands.
A horseman from the celtic right cav unit shouted breathlessly.
“Boudica! Our chariots have routed their champion on the right and the Cav have scattered their lights from the low hill. The Serdi are over the hill closing on their left.”
“What of the Trojans in the wood beyond the hill.?”
Regaining his breath, he laughted.
“Chasing our lights out of the wood. The fools!”
“Now Mother!” A small voice pierced the din.
“Overrun these spearmen!”
Looking down surprised, but lovingly touches Maeve’s head.
“Yes, Maeve.”
Raising the White Spear, and shouting to her warriors.
“Now Cardmon! Now Spedix! Now is the time!”
Her Charioteer shouts the team, which leaps into a gallop along the line.
The great wall of celtic warriors vault forward upon the wall of spears mindless of their destruction. Soon celts are crawling over the tower shields of the Trojans. Fear drains the courage of the Trojans and soon the line of once stalwart spear are weak kneeled spearmen moving back through the Western Warriors to their rear who also observe the ghost of panic glazing their eyes.

Hector’s smiling face distorts to shock.
“Move to the Warriors by the right wood!” He shouts to Tros.
Hector speeds to the right and intercepts the Western Heroes on the Trojan right by the wood.
“Ilus! Ilus!”
One of the Warriors approaches.
“Ilus, I need you to cover our retreat to the beaches to our rear. Can you hold the warband coming through the wood.”
“Yes, my Lord Hector.”
Ilus marches back to the Warriors.
“Warriors, we are the last. Let us show these celts what Trojans can do!”
A shout shatters the air.
Soon the Warriors advance into the wood and immediately are faced by fierce Boii.
War cries clash in the air before the bodies weld together in twisted combat.
They Lock

Hector turns back and is soon met by Polydorus who also is moving back being pursued by the Celtic Cav after they had blocked the Celtic LC.

“Polydorus! Go to the Beach and arrange for the retreat to the Trojan side. I will try to slow celtic advance.”

Quickly, Aeneas races up
“Aeneas! I will continue to slow the Celtic advance. Help Polydorus to retreat the army to the Trojan side.”
Aeneas nods and dashes off.

Soon the Trojans are limping back the far shore as the Celts shout from the heights overlooking the coast.
