What are the modifications to deployment?
I remember reading something about placing commands. About the determination of size of commands. By points??? By figures.???

It has been changed within the last year. Scott felt -- rightly -- that there were too many gimmicky ways to manipulate number of units. So it's now number of points.

We are, as of Fall-In, using the following test command dicing:
You dice when placing each 'pair' of commands. The army with more scouting but not double gets +1, double but not triple gets +2, triple or more gets +3.

The winner places that command of the pair after their opponent.

This is to make scouting advantage not absolute.

Expect this to be used at events moving forward (although subject to change).
