As of this morning (Friday, 7 July) we have 15 people confirmed for the NICT with me waiting, impatiently, for 2-3 more lists. In addition, I have one person who's schedule is still up in the air.

This is all great news because it means we'll most likely have 18-20 people in the NICT!

I'm not going to do a formal cut. I know of one person who won't be playing Saturday. That's fine, either somebody will willingly drop (it happens) or somebody who can't come Thursday can slot in on Saturday or I'll play on Saturday.

Because of good turnout and not making a cut, I have a 2nd place plaque for the NICT. I figure it's pointless yanking X number of people only to have them play in a smaller pool on Saturday.

But, things could change so who knows wtf I'll end up doing. But that's the game plan. It'll all work.

One more thing: Frank's been doing list review for the NICT and I've come to the conclusion that 90% of you are *really* sloppy with your lists. As in "you should be ashamed of yourselves sloppy". Shocked Sad

Frank's misfortune of being in Germany and not attending is a godsend for me. Very Happy

I think that we should buy Scott and Frank a beer for each error. Yes, this will cost me a significant amount Sad

I will have Alex with me, and he's interested in playing Warrior on Saturday. If there's an Open Tournament on Saturday he'd play in that. If not, he'd be happy to fill in and round out numbers or fill a spot if someone drops.

Also, Bill Chamis will be coming down Saturday morning. So he's another that would be looking for an Open Tournaey.

Neither of them will have 25mm armies, so they may have to choose from the Bill Low Lending Library.

Thanks for the update. We'll see how things shake out but if everything remains as it is now, we'll have an odd number.

We could also have people jump in and jump out. This also means I could get in a pickup game or two with Bill and Alex.

We'll see how it plays out. There will be plenty of lead.

I wish I could get to H-Con and add to the beer that Frank would consume. However, I sent my list later after he had consumed Ewan's and others beer. He might not see my mistakes.
yes!!! Scott, I would be ashamed of myself sloppy....
