What is the point of having a Reg A element as a part of a predominately Reg B Unit? 5.51 states "A body's moral value is based on the lowest moral class included in the body."

Unit that includes reg A is never uneasy - not sure if it has to be in front rank - but thats why

I agree with Robert

It is particularly helpful with loose formation troops - like LMI who are going to have to stand and receive cavalry and test waiver. If they have an element of "A" in them they are never uneasy. All "B" troops now require 2 causes of unease (C/D just the 1). If you are near the end of the proverbial line on the battlefield and elephants and chariots are near you may have 2 causes - if you have the A element you will always be eager, even if tired.

People often forget that if you are tired then "B" grade troops only need 1 cause of unease to be uneasy.

Todd

Also, troops that are entirely D class must waver if prompted to charge...if you have one C class element anywhere in an otherwise D unit...no waver when prompted to charge.
