Is there any weighting for this theme? I'm planning on making Historicon this year and have enough figures to field a variety of armies.

It will be weighted. It's high on my priority list.

Looking forward to the weighting - hopefully it will be a later Polish/Mongol theme - in my mind the two strongest lists

Weighting as well as restrictions on lists should make it more wide open as to choice.

We've gotten much better at that over the years.

Are there still plans for having a frozen lake terrain contest?

Contest? Hadn't thought about it.

There will be a frozen lake and a winter board. Rich is doing those.

Now, if you want to contribute another frozen lake, great.
