Thought it would be fun to throw this out here. I had hallway duty and some time....... Just for kicks. I know Scott likes the list.
14 units is pretty tough, BUT lancers, big units of shooters, and some decent regular units.

I think this is close to correct for the army.
There are inefficiencies...sadly...required shields for rear ranks, all C morale instead of being able to be D.
Still, the high quality loose troops we see here are not generally available on other lists that have the close archers/spearbow.
Lancers look for something to hit that's tired/disordered from the shooting...or is glued to one of the foot units.
Frontage coverage is good with the very wide MI units, so the HC can be completely in reserve.
I probably wouldn't run the army...but...it's not terrible. |

Has some good stuff - but just a target to way too many of the top lists - I think having your enemy determine where they hit is always a challenge |

Araucanians will debut at Fall In 2022 both in the Mini and Open.
It will look nothing like Todd's list. Well, except for the 4 bodies of HC.

Heh heh, I wish I had one.
I started working on this with some ideas from Mark Stone over two years ago so the figure purchases were initially built around those. I've since tweaked things and when doing the second round of figure purchases, those were aimed at some of the changes.
Obviously I have no clue how this will play and I really need to sit down and get the list together both at 1200 and 1600 points.
I have tons of photos on my Facebook page. Go there.

Hah!
Our lists will now share the mounted component and the LI component. Everything else is different.
I now have determined I'm short some things because as I was painting this list, we were still doing NWW and I never really checked back. Fortunately I have some seriously generic New World figures that I typically use for Spanish Conquistador that will do.
Still, I have to check what I have in terms of the leftovers from the two figure orders to see if those figures will work, in which case, I'm still not done painting for this list.

Would love to see your list here Scott and a little of how you felt it worked and didn't work.
Well done with two 2nd place finishes!
