My printed Imperial Warrior Parthian List allows Arab use WITHOUT an Arab Ally General.
The latest PDF list doesn't. But in the PDF notes it repeats the point about the Arab Ally General being an option.
Can one use Arab Cavalry in the Parthin list without an Arab Ally General?
