				| How difficult would it be to add a small lake or large pond to the terrain
selection area ? This acts as a piece of channeling terrain. So said my
opponent who wanted one. It could be rolled for under the same category as a
 marsh.
 Thanks.

Actually, I have been messing with that. Stand by for an answer.

				| Jon,

I have two related questions for you.

 1. How do you play a cliff in Warrior? Obviously, mounted troops cannot
cross or climb, what about the other troop types?

 2. Is it possible to roll a cliff in Warrior?

 Thanks,
 Harlan

I have it in my notes to add cliffs when we do Siege Warrior. There aren't
any on the 14.0 terrain list, but if this is really important to you, I could
work up a playtest cliff rule for you to try out.

On a low ridge, were should the crest line be? Does it have to be in
the center or can it wander could it end by going off the edge and
pick back up again and go to the end of the feature? I'm about to
start making sculped terran and would like to know so I don't make
 illegal.
The real "cliff" question is how many levels can a hill be, I was
unable to find it in the rules.

				| I am very much interested in this answer. We have played with the GeoHex
which has platue ridgelines all over the place - raising many questions
(some which still have yet to be answered, see below).

I realize the best answer may be to do what ever you think is best. But I
want to know what people do at Historicon. Do people use GeoHex stuff at
NASAMW Tournaments? and if so, how do they deal with ridgelines.

My question that I do not believe was previously answered is, if an element
is partially on a hill and partially on flat ground and takes a charge while
halted. Does he the emeny get the charging someone on higher ground deduct?
Part two is if that unit stradling the hill and flat ground charges, does it
get the charging down a gentle slope bonus.

				| Don, I think the object here is to create terrain
beyond which no enemy can advance to harm or frighten
Harlan's troops. I think the ultimate answer to this
is for Harlan to play on one table, and his opponent
 to play on another. ;)
