Just a quick question. In the Oriental Warrior book, supplemental weapon
category for 1HCW it does not mention the weapon restrictions that are noted in
the New World Warrior - "A second rank of foot armed with 1HCW, behind a first
rank armed with any weapon, fights at half effect if fighting against the
equivalent of HC, MC, LC and any foot other than SHI/EHI."

Is the restriction for 1HCW only for NWW lists?

Correct. They have been removed and 1HCW has been made 'global' - the version
you see in OW applies to all 1HCW. See the clarifications.
