I hope this is alright to post here. :-)

I'm looking for some very high quality plate barded horses to put with my
Foundry SHK figures in 25mm. I have some nice ones from Hinchcliffee and Ral
Partha, as well as some fantasy guys I carved 'Sir Ragnar Dragonsbane, etc ...'
off of, but am in need of more. If anyone has any suggestions, I would
appreciate it. I am looking for better quality than lets say Old Glory.

Thanks ... Greg

Try Essex. I don't know why, but some don't like them; I do. At least you
can get individual horses from Essex. BTW, Essex horses do not have the
saddle cast on. To match, the riders must have the saddle cast on them.

Thanks John. I have never seen any Essex other than blanketed horses, but will
check again. The saddle is no big deal, I can make some. I actually
scratch-built a bit of barding for horses that looks killer, but it took so long
to make I will be dead before the army is finished.

Anyway, thanks for the info. :-)
