I might add that some of the best, and most affordable Mongol figures out there
are from Irregular, carried here by........Silver Eagle.

Seriously, I have a large chunk of 25mm Mongols painted up for Yuan, we used em
as Post-Mongol Russians at CTA and they are very nice. Irregular figures are
sculpted in such a way that make them actually better for some armies than
others, Mongols, IMNSHO, being one of em.
