I was watching Scott at CW and unless I misheard him, at one point he
said that his general had to go a minute in the hole to do a prompt,
so the charge (or whatever it was) will happen next bound.
Now that I'm reading the rules over, this seems incorrect. The last
paragraph of 4.42 says in the 1st sentence that if a general goes in
the hole on Bound 1, then receipt is delayed until Bound 2. Then the
3rd sentence says that bodies receiving a _delayed_ prompt must wait
until Bound 3 to execute it.
So the rules say what they say & I probably misheard, but I really
can't imagine _why_ a delayed prompt is penalized by an extra turn of
delay. This would be a good item for the future "game design Q&A
FAQ."

'Current bound' in the last sentence of 4.42 means the one the prompt was
sent. 'next bound' is the one in which it is received. That means the next
bound is bound 2 if you went over your bound 1 minutes. You'd have to go
more than 15 minutes over to get the prompt all the way into bound 3 from
bound 1.
