I need to visualize the LOS by considering the heights of the objects
involved, in order to rationalize this exception:
Basically the cart raises it '1/2 a height,' and the Elephant stands
'1/2 a height' higher, than "troops;" therefore together they are
"high enough" to shoot over "troops???"
But then, what about archers standing in their transport wagons?
They would seem to be at the same level as the bolt shooter in its
cart.
And a bowman sitting on a horse? It seems to me that he, too, is at
the same level as a bolt shooter on a cart.
Is there a particular play balance reason for this exception?
Otherwise, if it was based upon some physical relation as I have
tried to reason above, then all 3 instances should be allowed.
