Charles, I am very sorry i did not answer this sooner - you know how it has
been here...

The answer is yes, they take that WAVER test if they are Allied or Friendly.
CamWar 10.0 talks about the four different relationships players may have
with one another in a multiplayer game and with Allied and Friendly all the
Warrior rules that say 'friendly' or 'friend' apply.

I will explicitly say this in CamWar1.4.
