Excellent diagram.

<<After the charge moves are made, Unit B is now in contact with Unit C. My
questions are;
1.Must Unit C echelon (step) forward to contact Unit A as per the diagram or
can it choose to remain in a block (dotted blocks) and not contact the
original target of it" "s charge? >>

It has the option. 6.18

2.<<Does Unit Bh" "s charge declaration cancel out Unit C’s charge on A. >>

No, since B entered C's charge path.

3.<<If Unit C " "s charge was impetuous does the “may step forward” change
to a “must”? >>

No.

<<4.If Unit A failed a compulsory waver test due to the charge declaration
from Unit C, what happens to it now? >>

It is shaken, unless it was already shaken then it becomes broken.
