Just to complete this thought - all such statements are based on assumptions
of point value and table size. The 'better and worse' of it changes once
those two parameters are set.

At 1600/25mm and 8'x5' it is true that cav armies are constrained
maneuver-wise, but all I want people to take away from that is that we all have
a choice.
No one is saying it 'has' to be that way. The NASAMW will do what its
tourney players want and local tourneys can do whatever they want.

The key is to make sure your opinion is heard by the appropriate tourney
organizers so they can take it into account.
