Warrior Ancient and Medieval Rules

I need some help with my Bactrian contingent in my Later Achaemenid Persian
Army.

I have the little bit talked about in Duncan Head's Armies of the Macedonian
and Punic Wars. The problem is that no colors or patterns are mentioned -
does anyone out there have any ideas? I tried to obtain a copy of the
Montvert Bactrian Armies books - but nobody seems to have any copies
available. If anyone could help me out I would appreciate it.

Any scans that someone could provide would be invaluable.
