				| Fellow Warriors

Next week, just as I get on the plane for Cold Wars, we will be sending out pdf
proofs of the revised rulebook for proofreading. I could still use a couple
more proofreaders. If you're interested, please contact me offline. Here's
what will be asked of you (for those of you who already said yes, this applies
 to you, too).

On or about 6 April you will be sent a pdf of one section of the rules from
 among the following four sections:

 1-5
 6
 7-11
 12-18

I will ask you to have your comments back by a specific date. If you return
your comments by that date, you will get mentioned in the rules as a
proofreader. If you return comments for iteration 2 (end of April) as well, you
will get $5 off a new book in addition to the discount for sending in your old
book cover. If you return comments for the third iteration (which will be at
the end of May) you will get a new rulebook free.
I will be the judge of whether 'comments' are sufficient to permit the 'rewards'
or staying with us for the next iteration. I will also decide if any volunteers
actually become proofreaders on a case by case basis.
The pdf is not to be shown to ANYONE but another proofreader or a guy from FHE.
 Period.

I don't need any more looks at 12-18, so please let me know if you are
 interested and in what section.

 Jon

				| If you need someone who is NOT familiar with the finer nuances of the
existing rules, I'd be happy to read them and tell you what I find
 clear or unclear.

You could also set up some "test questions" to see if the readers
interpret the rules the way you intended.
