Martin,

another army I forgot to ask about was Samurai. (I have an army of
them.) I thought in 7th that their cavalry would become HK, but they
never revised the army list book before I shifted to DBM. Is there a
Japanese list in Warrior under which you could get a combination of
longbow and HK? Also, since the Japanese had wedge but not lance, do
they get to fight in 1 1/2 ranks mounted?

(Sorry if these are very basic questions to those who have been on
the list for a while.)

thanks

Scott

Hi again,

no jap list yet. Will come out in oriental warrior i believe. You can
check the release schedule on the four horsemen website. In the mean
time try having a look at the fast warrior list as this might give
some idea of whats coming. Even if they dont have lance they might
still get an army specific list rule that allows them to fight in a
rank and a half (this has been done for other troops that used to
have wedge (eg skythians)Long bow is probably a better weapon now
than previously as it gets a short range of 120 and there are often
more heavily armoured cav about to shoot at
