Can someone educate me as to why anyone would want to purchase 3-man rocket
launchers at 45+ points each over 3-man heavy boltshooter at approx 17 pts
each?

I see where shooting mounted with incendiaries and causing 1CPF is a
cessation-caused disorder. Does that mean in the next bound if one shoots
the same unit for 1 per with incendiaries that does not cause a waiver
(since it is not a combat cause of disorder) ?
